Position Overview
As Operations Admin Support you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations across the workshop and transport divisions. This role would suit Candidate's who are seeking to step up from reception duties or have a spare parts delivery background.
Key responsibilities to include;
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the workshop and transport division.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and manage hire equipment.
• Oversee company fleet registrations, inspections, and arrange heavy haulage permits.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation registrations and refrigerant handling.
• Monitor and report on fleet tracking, assist with parts purchasing, and handle vendor communications.
• Maintain impeccable documentation and support management with administrative tasks.
• Uphold high standards of personal presentation and workstation cleanliness.
• Demonstrate responsibility for health and safety, adhering to HSEQ standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Valid C Class Drivers Licence.
• Ability to support continual improvement in company systems.
• Experience with Fleetmex (desirable)
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems (desirable)
