Schlam is looking for an Administrator for a six to 12-month fixed term period (with possibility of extension) to support the administration tasks with our Manufacturing Operations.
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and proactive individual to coordinate all administrative tasks within the Operations team. Working independently, you will enjoying working in a busy office and enjoy ensuring the smooth daily operation of our newly implemented manufacturing system is achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Planning/Scheduling data in MES [Manufacturing Execution System].
- Maintain jobs and update status of operations/processes and/or record data as required.
- Compile Bill of Manufacture for Jobs.
- Print Parts Bar Codes.
- Create/update Jobs in EXO (Financial/Accounting system).
- Prepare Daily/Weekly Time & Attendance reports.
- Extract data from and generate reports in MES and EXO.
- Assist with raising and receipting purchase orders for the procurement team as required.
- Organise trucks and transport for moving trays, bucket, and parts across Australia.
- Coordinate meetings: including preparation of agendas, taking and distribution of minutes, and follow up on actions.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people from a broad range of backgrounds.
- General administration skills with good computer operating skills with an aptitude to learn new software.
- Efficient time management skills.
- Great customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word,
