Key Responsibilities
- Managing the cargo loading and unloading
- Coordinating Ramp Operations on behalf of Tasman Cargo to ensure a safe & efficient operation
- Conducting Airside Operations to support GHA and other key stakeholders
- Communicating all operations disruptions with the Operations Coordination Centre & relevant Stakeholders
- Act as a point of liaison for Contracted Ground Handling teams and foster a strong working relationship.
- Ensure all Customs and other regulatory obligations are met

What We're Looking For
You must have:
- At least 1-2 years' experience within a similar position with an airline - in ground operations
- Australian Driver's License without restrictions
- Knowledge of aircraft and airport operation procedures
- Experience with MS Word and Excel
- Willing and able to work variable shift pattern, varied start times, weekend and public holiday work
- Enjoys a collaborative work environment
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt, tackle challenges and coordinate disruption in a time critical environment
It would also be great if you had experience with
- SABLE, or similar – Desirable
- Previous experience with DHL Express globally or air cargo / freight operator
This position will be required to attend the aircraft, the successful candidate must have the ability to travel internationally, obtain ASIC access, and meet local airport vaccination, security and other requirements as necessary.
