Job description
Key tasks:
* Provide quality and timely administrative support to the Operations, Commercial, and Strategy and Policy teams including the Group Executive, Operations and Commercial.
* Assist with monitoring and administration of service contracts and marketing declarations in accordance with relevant legislation.
* Maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email ensuring quality outcomes in a timely manner.
* Coordinate department meetings including organising agendas and minute taking where required.
* Assist in the recording and administration of key data sets and data collection, reconciliations and account management as well as routine and ad hoc reporting.
About you:
* Formal qualification in relevant discipline (e.g. Events, Corporate Communication or Marketing) or equivalent relevant experience.
* Minimum 12 months experience within an organisational environment providing administrative, communication and marketing support to senior management.
