Based in our stylish, fun, family environment Robina Office on the Gold Coast, work within the busy Building Support Queensland team providing support, assisting them with their day to day tasks and assist with the general construction administration and duties.
Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide great customer service through creating a sense of urgency and being pro-active
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Ensuring all filing and scanning is completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist with the General Construction Administration and Duties
- Promote and observe Company Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures; and
- Demonstrate honest, open communication, willingness for competency growth and respect.

- Previous experience in a fast paced administration role desirable;
- Experience using the MS Office package (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Highly developed and professional interpersonal and communication skills;
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines; and
- Knowledge of the building process is desirable but not a necessity.
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken by the successful candidate.
