We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations and Training Coordinator CDP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract management, case management, and PPS within the context of Community Development Programs. They must also possess exceptional expertise in employment service reporting, Qlik, and Training methodologies for both individual and group settings. Training supporting and nurturing CDPs to achieve their objectives and timelines. 

A day in the life of a Operations and Training Coordinator CDP includes: 

  • Contract Management: Manage and oversee contracts related to the Community Development Program (CDP), ensuring compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
  • Case Management: Provide guidance and support to employment consultants in effective case management practices, including goal setting, progress tracking, and participant engagement.
  • PPS (Post Placement Support): Develop and implement strategies for delivering high-quality post-placement support to program participants, including job retention and skill development initiatives.
  • Employment Service Reporting: Generate accurate and timely employment service reports using specialized software and tools such as Qlik, ensuring data integrity and compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employment consultants, focusing on CDP processes, case management best practices, and utilization of reporting tools.
  • One-on-One and Group Training: Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and facilitate large group training sessions, adapting content and delivery methods to meet the diverse learning needs of participants.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and innovation within the CDP framework, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to employment services and Community Development, sharing knowledge and insights with team members.

Skills and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, human services, business administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in contract management, case management, and PPS within Community Development or employment services.
  • Expertise in employment service reporting tools such as Qlik, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor individuals and groups, utilizing effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as needed to deliver training and support across multiple locations.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated on industry standards and best practices.

To be considered you must...

  • Have full working rights in Australia 
  • Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
  • Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
