As the Operations Assistant you will provide a broad range of administration support in accordance with the regions requirements to assist and contribute to the service delivery function in the district. Supporting the Service Delivery Manager, this role can be based in either Albany, Katanning or Esperance with some travel throughout the region required.
What your day might look like
· Attend to customer and operational enquiries, general administration tasks and reconciliation of purchases
· Assist staff with data entry, record keeping and document management
· Raising purchase orders, create work orders in SAP or Grange and approve invoices
· Generation of reports and creation of PowerPoint presentations
· Oversee the Operations Managers and SDM’s inbox Provide support for regionally managed Shared houses and accommodation

Key skills and experience
· Considerable experience in providing administration, business and customer service support in a with the ability to prioritise based on business needs
· Advanced computing skills and the use of programs such as Microsoft with SAP experience a bonus
· Effective interpersonal and customer relationship skills
· Highly organised with ability to work autonomously
· Current W.A ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
