Millennium Services Group is proud to provide cleaning and property management services to a wide range of retail and commercial clients across the Perth Metropolitan area, including the newly redeveloped Karrinyup Shopping Centre. We are seeking a driven and efficient individual for the role of Operations Assistant. Based at the centre, you will assist in the delivery of our services in cleaning, security, customer service, and maintenance.
About the role
Working with the Integrated Services Manager, the Operations Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the site-based managers in the areas of cleaning, security, customer service and maintenance.
Previous experience favourably considered although not essential.
Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruitment for the site-based team
- Curating monthly and quarterly reports
- Assist in running meetings and typing minutes
- Ensuring managers meet their monthly KPIs
- Assisting with staff rostering and adhoc shifts where needed
- Liaising with departments at the Millennium head office, including human resources, compliance, and operations
- Updating and maintaining on-site documentation including company policies, safety, and staff contact information
- Assisting with onsite inspections and events
- Other duties as required

- A flexible attitude, with a determination for meeting goals and deadlines
- Have an eye for detail
- Good standard of operating knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to meet client needs and expectations
