Operations Assurance Specialist

The Wesfarmers Health includes 73 company-owned Priceline stores, 396 Priceline pharmacy franchise stores and 89 Clear Skincare clinics and is also a wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical goods. What you'll do:

In this newly created position and as part of our Audit, Risk and Compliance team, the Operations Assurance Specialist provides independent site and Distribution Centre operational risk, control, governance and compliance assessment services.

The role is suited to someone who thrives in a systematic and disciplined environment. Someone who can evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control, governance, and compliance processes.

The role is autonomous and offers a hybrid working environment with a requirement to travel to sites locally, interstate (TAS) and potentially overseas, with overnight stays also required. A car allowance will be provided.

What you'll bring:

• Experience within Internal Audit or Compliance positions preferred; however, we are also open to experience in the Services Sector (Retail, Hospitality etc) or relevant Customer Service/Sales experience
• Strong people management, development, and coaching skills
• Deep understanding of retail operations and loss prevention concepts
• Strong understanding of logistics and distribution centre operations
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in multiple geographic locations
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite and data analytical tools
• Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Current Driver's license with own vehicle
