Working across a portfolio of mixed assets, overseeing cleaning operations each week across Darwin and the NT, you will be able to communicate at all levels with confidence, have a safety focus and a passion for quality service.

Core responsibilities for this position are:-

• Complete visual on site cleaning quality audit checks to ensure all areas are cleaned in line with our contracts
• Understanding of client service agreements
• Job planning, possible work forecasting and administration
• Assistance with start-up of new clients, ensuring smooth handover to our franchisees
• Training of franchisees
• Cleaning estimations for new proposals, Commissions apply
• Assess work site hazards and security risks as part of our WHS requirements
• Results driven and true desire to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to quickly build rapport and negotiate to get to the decision makers
• Excellent communication skills 
• A solid customer service ethic with a professional approach
• The ability to work autonomously with excellent time management.
