ISS is currently seeking Expressions Of Interest for an experienced individual to join us in the position of Operations Coordinator based onsite (5 days) at our office in Tullamarine, employed on a Full Time basis.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of rostering requirements for a 24/7 operation, champion of payroll and related matters in addition to monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
The role will also require a proactive approach around;
- Maintain Rosters, Timesheets and other documentation/system in an accurate and timely manner to ensure contracted hours is captured for invoicing
- Provide monthly and ad-hoc reporting from the ISS Rostering system as required
- Provide technical support to operations in the use of Kronos
- Client billing and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
The Position:
- Responsible for staff scheduling for our national contracts to meet business needs and demands;
- Provide accurate data and projections based on operation needs for various sites and stakeholders;
- Maintain and audit baseline rosters in accordance to business needs
- Provide payroll support to staff and ensure data is up-to-date for pay cycle.
- Assist with administration needs for the department to ensure streamlined operation

Minimum Criteria:
- Experience in scheduling and payroll systems such as Kronos
- Demonstrated experience of coaching and supporting a team of people to deliver quality rostering requirements
- Target oriented, focus on quality and delivery to high standards
- Demonstrated IT knowledge and competency to work with software and applications
- Ability to maintain an objective and positive focus through periods of high and sustained work pressure
