About the Position
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who would be able to make this job their own.
You would need to have commitment and drive to help our business grow and be willing to be flexible with your duties.
Requirements for the Ideal Candidate
- Operations Experience –
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have great customer service skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft software – Intermediate skills required.
- Hands on approach essential.
- Experience with doing quoting.
- Experience with the construction industry.
- Experience understanding Safety Document Control.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Operations & administration role.
Duties
- Assisting operations manager.
- Answering and returning phone-calls
- Liaising with Operations Management, Staff, Customers & Suppliers
- Email correspondence, organisational & maintenance.
- Assisting key staff in the day-to-day operations of Equipment Hire.
Non-Essential
- MR Drivers Licence
- Forklift Licence.
- Experience with MYOB Accounting Software beneficial
