About the role: Our Coal Hunter Valley operations team is looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Operations Integration Superintendent to join the team at Hexham. Focused on business process and improvement, you will lead and manage assurance and advisory services as we strive to meet our operational plans for our customers.
- Lead and build capability and ownership of Team to drive a safety culture aligned with I know safe, I choose safe’ culture in all aspects of operations.
- Engaging and coaching supervisors in the effective use of safety tools, systems, and processes to ensure safe outcomes.
- Cascade agreed and measurable priority deliverables that are aligned and contribute to meet business and budget expectations
- Apply conceptual and analytical skills and utilise key deliverables to optimise delivery of services on time and in full
About you: You are an experienced leader, with the capacity to drive engagement and ensure accountability of your team. Your ability to influence will see you succeed as you embed change across multiple depots. You have experience with delivering change and working with data to inform your decisions.
- High level operational business management skills including, financial and budget control, complex problem solving and analytical thinking to respond to dynamic and changing business needs.
- High level of leadership, people management, project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High level of internal and external stakeholder engagement skills
