THE ROLE

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the operational landscape of Margaret River Properties.

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Manager who can oversee the day-to-day operations of our holiday homes. We want to hear from you if you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel in team management, and have a keen eye for quality assurance.

The primary responsibilities for this role will include but not be limited to:

• Manage and coordinate daily operations of holiday home management.
• Ensure budget allocation and pricing is maintained and monitored.
• Motivate and lead a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction.
• Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, evaluation, and feedback to optimise team performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation through routine inspections to ensure quality assurance is maintained.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

• Proven managerial experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Further relevant training, preferably in hospitality management.
• Hands-on experience in customer service or sales.
• Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and quality assurance standards.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Review and prepare reports for senior management.
• Proficiency in adaption of technology and software.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
