We are seeking an Operations Manager with a strong background in project estimating, technical expertise in electrical or HVAC, and proven leadership skills. Familiarity with SimPRO software is highly desirable.

- Manage budgets and financials to meet business targets.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven high-level leadership skills.
- Strong background in project estimating within the electrical or HVAC industries.
- Familiarity with SimPRO software (highly desirable).
- Technical background in electrical or refrigeration engineering.
