Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and leading a team of dedicated staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Profitable management of contracts and events
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Operational planning, waste management, and rostering
- Ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements
- Staff recruitment, training, and development
- Financial management and reporting
- Event Services delivery and execution (on-site)
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, event management, or facilities management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Full Driving License, First Aid Certificate, National Police Check
