About the AM Operations Manager Role:
As the AM Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, and resourcing and team leadership for specified operational areas and/or operational processes. This includes overseeing all activities and resources associated with the branch to achieve agreed objectives, optimising profitability, and business efficiency with a strong customer focus, in a safe and socially acceptable manner.
What you’ll do (duties/responsibilities including/not limited to):
Critical to this role is to engage the overall team to plan and coordinate daily activities and hold team members to account. This position plays an important role in achieving daily KPI’s and identifying/actioning process improvements, along with engaging support from other functional leads.
Your team will consist of one assistant, four supervisors and over forty forklift operators. The shift is responsible for inbound linehaul unload, PUD unloading and reloading and loading 20 outbound units per day.
What you’ll bring to the Operations Manager role:
At least 3+ years experience in a similar role (as described above)
Demonstrated leadership skills & safety track record

Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Hours, M-F (38hrs – AM shift), flexibility at times required.
