The company’s head office is located in Quoiba near Devonport, on the North West Coast of Tasmania, with our other Tasmanian branch office in Launceston. We are also located in Regional Victoria, with offices located in Newport, Melbourne and Corio, Geelong, as well including seven other depots located across the state.
About the Role
We are seeking a Operations Support at our head office in Quoiba.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct driver training as required for all drivers as per requirements and associated induction plan.
- Assist with probationary reviews of driver capabilities in accordance with the induction plan.
- Conduct initial pre-employment driver skills assessments to ensure competent ability to handle Bonney Energy fleet.
- Provide regular driver sessions with all drivers within the Bonney Energy Tas Fleet
- Conduct driver assessments in accordance with Safety plan.
- Develop site specific fuel delivery plans for commercial facilities alongside current service station site plans.
- Develop site delivery procedures and guides for more complex fuel offtake systems throughout the network.
- Assist cross-functional management team in preparing a training calendar for all mandatory Operations Training requirements
- Participate in the conduct of accident and incident investigations, root cause analysis and the development of remediation strategies.
- The timely and cost-efficient scheduling of the Company fleet deliveries utilising the in-house truck computer program and processes.
- Assist as a backup for the scheduler in Co-ordinate driver’s hours of operation and maintain shifts.
- Monitor all company run sites and ensure stock levels are always kept to the recommended stock level requirements.
