Job Description
As the Operations Well Test Manager, you'll oversee and optimise Well Testing activities at Expro. Your role covers project leadership, operations management, safety, compliance, data analysis, reporting and budget control. You will be the project lead and own the deliver of Well Test projects ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and efficient execution.
Responsible for ensuring the planning, directing, organising and sourcing of manpower and equipment to ensure clients operational activity is undertaken. Monitor performance to identify and implement improvements to achieve maximum operational efficiency and customer focus.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering or related field with 5-7 years' experience in a similar position, including leadership roles. Skills include Well Testing, data analysis, project management, and safety protocols. Strong communication, commitment to safety, and relevant certifications are vital.
Industry experience is critical and candidates both interstate and internationally will be considered for this opportunity.
