We are seeking interested applicants for the role of Receptionist Operations Administration Assistant based in Berrimah, Darwin branch. 

***Note this is a casual position with onsite office requirement***

What’s involved?

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the main purpose of this role is to perform administrative, operational and financial support of Darwin branch and operational support to Alice Springs, having full compliance with agreed procedures and contribute to the achievement of maximum possible profits.

Duties range from;

  • Carry out receptionist duties Including Internal & external mail distribution, manage Inbound calls & enquiries and forward appropriately, manage office stationary & supply stock, fuel card administration
  • Handle customer queries as and when required including when directed to support the Darwin personnel
  • Support the Operations Manager by completing administration requirements including supporting the booking of relocations on TOLL, Kent's and Move Dynamics work
  • Support the sales department by assisting with Darwin & Alice Springs quotes via the internal AMOS system and over the phone, preparing sales materials packs & arranging Inspections
  • Support the Branch Administrator with financial requirements including credit card summary reconciliation and taking payments over the phone and at the front desk.
  • Prepare on road paperwork Including labels for inventory
  • Book any ancillary services required for successful completion of client relocation
  • Complete removals duties on the road including packing, unpacking, carton collection& drop off and loading, unloading household goods
  • Complete other tasks as directed by the Operations Manager
