AddressDemeter Grains is a Grain Export and Trading company based in Hope Valley (Kwinana, Naval Base area). We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Production Team.
The position will be responsible for:
- Undertaking various grain handling and storage tasks
- Operating various equipment.
- Maintaining a positive and safe work environment
Previous experience in grain handling is not required, as training will be provided as required.
Overall, we are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated, loyal, reliable, team player with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, who has the ability and desire to learn & work in a hands on role.
These are some of the skills and attributes we are looking for
- Forklift ticket preferred but not essential
- Reliability is essential
- Physically fit and ability to undertake a variety of physical, hands on work
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good work ethic and attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
The position is predominately working Monday to Friday, starting 6am-7am for an 8-10 hour work day.
This position is available for an immediate start but not essential.
