Operator - Ingredient Services

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Operator for the afternoon shift at our Virginia site on a full time bases . This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on challenges and can provide practical solutions to complex problems and has the competency to run machinery and equipment. Home of the Shapes, Jatz and also Cheds!!

The Accountabilities: 

• Weighing up of ingredients
• Assebly of trolleys
• Washroom duties and ensuring that the workspace is clean and tidy
• Ensuring accurate paperwork and performance recording
• Involved in Quality, Safety and Productivity initiatives
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

The Ingredients for Success:

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role; 
 

• Previous experience preferred within a FMCG enviroment
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a Team
• Effective communication skills
• The ability to manual handle up to 20kg
• Able to work afternoon shifts on a full time bases
