AddressWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a global food and beverage company.
You will oversee and drive all aspects of operations, while leading a team of business managers across the country.
This role will involve travel across QLD and interstate, ultimating driving improvements.

Key responsibilities -
- Lead and support business managers - providing training and resources to improve operations and achieve standard goals
- Provide strategic plans to optimise performance and profitability
- Drive advice for change management, while providing solutions for company improvements
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including sales, labour costs, and product mix
- Ensure procedures, quality standards of food regulations and compliance are up to company policy standard
- Identify opportunities for sale growth and cost reduction
- Build strong relationships with Business Managers and teams
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into operational performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Ideally you will have -
- Experienced Operations Manager - preferably within FMCG and retail environment including drive thru highly regarded
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Demonstrated ability to drive change management
- Current drivers license
- Must be able to travel within QLD and interstate as required
