The Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Communication Officer to join the Operators/SwitchboardCasual Pool at Flinders Medical Centre. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of the PABX console and related services. This position is responsible for providing an efficient, high-quality telephone communication service to both Flinders Medical Centre and the General Community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating the PABX console and related services to ensure seamless communication within the organization.
- Providing an efficient and high-quality telephone communication service to Flinders Medical Centre and the General Community.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of best practice administrative systems in alignment with organizational and departmental systems, policies, and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with basic computing skills, including email and word processing.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
