Specsavers Devonport is looking to expand their team with additional part time and casual Optical Assistants.
THE ROLE
You will be working within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, in a high-volume and personalised service-focused environment, to deliver customised optical and audiological solutions to our diverse client base. This will involve administrative tasks such as phone answering and appointment management, as well as completing preliminary screening tests, frame styling, accurate measurement-taking, appropriate lens and options recommendations, frame adjustments and repairs, and more.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful you would have at least 2 years' experience working in high-volume, high-touchpoint service environments. You thrive in fast-paced teamwork environments and are committed to demonstrating the kinds of behaviours that enable those to deliver the best outcomes. You are a self-driven learner, and are happy to invest time and effort into ensuring you have all the knowledge needed to deliver outstanding outcomes for your clients. You are motivated by having a positive impact on the health of your community. You are looking not for a “job” but a “career” in something that makes a difference.
