- Enthusiasm - Passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting the wider community through optical and audio care
- Communications Skills - Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
- Teamwork - Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
- Practical abilities - Previous retail/customer service experience is required. Optical experience is highly desired, however full optical training will be provided
Tasks & responsibilities
- Support optometrists and audiologists with pre-testing
- Offer our customers frame styling advice
- Dispense glasses with various lens options
- Build strong rapport and create a memorable customer journey
