Envision Optical is an independent, locally family-owned eye care group with two practices at Burleigh Waters and Tweed Heads. We have been successfully caring for our patients for more than 25 years. We go out of our way to help people, and create personalised patient/client experiences which makes our patients feel great, and leads to long term relationships. We provide comprehensive eye care and optical dispensing services to our diverse patient base, using cutting edge technology.
With our practices rapidly growing we have a new role for an Optical Assistant/Receptionist. Ideally you will have prior optical or health practice experience, but we are willing to train the right person, to ensure their success.
About the Role:
Working as part of our Burleigh Waters team, you will be:
- Helping our patients on their journey through their eyecare experience at the practice
- Playing a key role in the smooth daily operations of the practice including appointment book management
- Assisting our optical dispensing team deliver great customer service by ensuring all the key daily administrative tasks are completed
- Have fun helping patients find the right frame for them
- Make a real difference to people’s lives in helping them see clearly
- Working in a team that cares about helping people
- Role can be Part-time or Full-time
- Regular Saturday work will be required

- A natural organiser
- Excellent attention to detail in ensuring key administrative tasks are completed accurately in a timely manner
