About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated, creative and passionate chefs who have exceptional cooking standards and want to be part of the team at People First Stadium in Carrara.
As part of our team, you will work across exciting events including AFL/AFLW games, cricket, concerts and other special events during the year!
About You
Successful applicants will be self-motivated, passionate chefs with a broad range of food knowledge and skills who take pride in providing excellence on every plate.
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in a large production environment for both high end function dining and corporate catering
- A hands-on approach to the daily operations of working in a busy kitchen
- The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Exceptional food quality and food safety knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Trade Qualifications
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, enthusiastic and dedicated attitude
