We're seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and versatile team member who excels in customer relations to join our team. The role involves nurturing and developing long-term relationships with our valued clientele.
Previous experience in optical retail is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcoming customers and scheduling appointments.
- Handling general administrative tasks and banking duties.
- Assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses based on optometrist recommendations.
- Facilitating the delivery and handover of glasses.
- Providing support to optometrists, including training on specialized equipment.
- Entering data and generating regular reports using the Practice Management System.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is a must.
- Previous experience in optometry and optical retail.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Strong ability to connect with customers.
- Capacity to perform well under pressure.
