Orchard Worker

We are currently looking for reliable workers to fill 30 positions for the fruit farms in Legana TAS.
Backpackers welcome !
The work will commence in the 2nd week of March 2024, ongoing for 8 weeks, work involves picking, pruning, and general farm duties. Hours of work will vary depending on weather conditions, 30 hours, 5-6 days per week, and may require working weekends.
Your willingness to upskill will be highly regarded, Tractor, forklift etc.
Wages will be paid under the Horticulture Award 2020 classification Level 1 hourly rate or at the standard piece rate, depending on which work is being performed.
Requirements for this role;
Must be self-motivated and reliable
Must be fit and healthy as there will be ladder work involved
Be able to work in hot, cool, or wet conditions
Be able to work at a consistently fast pace with manual tasks
Be able to follow instructions and learn and process quickly
Be able to work in a team environment
Must have work rights within Australia
