About You
You have a high attention to detail with strong customer skills and can use your initiative to think outside the box. You are driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in high volume order processing.
Role responsibilities
Seamless processing of incoming orders of IT hardware products – EDI, phone, and email
Assist with order queries, including ETAs, delivery and courier enquires
Manage order changes, split deliveries, and forward orders
Resolve order issues and/or escalate to team leader
Process customer payments
Liaise with sales, product managers, warehouse, and couriers to provide the upmost service for our customers
Skills and Experience
High volume data entry/Order Management skills (purchasing and order fulfillment experience will be a great advantage)
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and deliver the right outcome
Both your written and verbal communication is clear, concise, and confident
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, time-management and accuracy
Strong attention to detail, you understand customers’ needs and requirements
You like problem solving
You can work under pressure
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
