Wanted: Package Picasso/Orders Orchestrator
We’re on the hunt for an orders wrangler to join our work fam in Bibra Lake. We are wholesome bunch who like to keep the vibes happy in our production kitchen and office/warehouse.
We are a parent friendly employer and can offer this role in school hours and with some or all of the school holidays off.
The role requires a bit of everything, including the ability to safely lift 18kg cartons onto pallets.
You’ll be working with a great laid back but hard working team as well as sometimes working on your own. We’re a really small business and we might ask you to fill in on the production line putting jars in boxes sometimes or to deliver an order.
Most of your job will involve managing our orders which come from online customers, retailers, wholesale distributors and major supermarkets. There are many different systems to learn for order management and for freight. You’ll maintain our orders email inbox and you’ll need to learn to drive a forklift. There’ll be lots to learn but don’t worry, we’ll help and you’ll get the hang of it. Good computer literacy is a must for this job.
This is a casual position with approx. 25-30hrs/week in peak and possibly as few as 6hrs/week in summer. We can accommodate school hours for the right applicant. We are able to offer flexible hours from approx. 6am to 6pm so this position would suit a parent with school aged children or a student with a few contact hours.
Remuneration is $32/hr during training period and $34 thereafter.
Interested? Please send us your CV and a cover letter telling us a little about you and why you're applying for the role. Please include details of what hours of work you are available and would prefer to work.
