Based at Gepps Cross, we have Order Picking positions available for people who can master repetitive heavy manual handling technique and keen to work towards ongoing positions! You will be a bigger picture thinker who will work hard to transition to our clients books for job stability and a substantial increase of your casual pay rate!
We are we looking for suitable people who can meet the following requirements?
- Full Monday to Thursday dayshift availability with ability to work from 6am (hours can vary between 30 to 36 hours each week)
- Ability to work to reach daily KPI's
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment would be an advantage
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive heavy lifting between 20kgs and 25kgs
- High attention for detail
- Own reliable transport is a must due to 6am start times
- Excellent English communication skills and resilience
- Full Australian working rights with a clear understanding of current WHS policies and procedures
- Successful applicants will also need to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen
- Recent references from two direct line Managers you have reported to.
