The role:
- Utilising an automated headset and voice software you will be required to pick and pack orders daily.
- Use of electric, ride-on, pallet jack.
- Monday to Friday
- Casual, full-time hours available
- 8 - 10 hour shifts
- 4am - 6am starts + overtime when busy
Skills and experience required for the role:
- Physical Fitness: This is a physically demanding role, involving consistent lifting of 15kg+ items.
- Ability to pick and pack orders efficiently and able to meet KPIs/targets
- Previous Warehouse/DC Experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Eagerness to Learn: A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow are highly valued.
- Having a strong work ethic as well as being reliable & committed
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime when required & ability to cope with changing work demands and a fast-changing environment
- Understanding of general warehouse WHS safety policies and procedures
- Voice headset experience desirable but not needed
- Reliable Transport
- A Forklift License with high-reach experience is desirable but not needed
