Imtrade CropScience is a privately-owned R&D chemical manufacturer specialising in agricultural chemicals based in Kwinana Beach.
A position in the sales team has recently opened for a candidate who wishes to participate broadly and deeply in company operations. The role centres on delivering an exceptional customer experience requiring methodical attention to detail and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
Full on the job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders received from customers in Sybiz.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their orders and expected dispatch dates.
- Respond to inquiries from customers about progress and status of orders
- Create balance between production timeframe and customer expectations.
- Liaise with customer and transport companies to efficiently organize transport of the product when ready.
- Lead generation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers over the phone.
- Forward any after sales questions to the right people in the organisation
- Assisting with administrative functions.
- Ad hoc office duties, filling etc.
Desired Skills
- Prioritisation capabilities and organisational skills.
- Work well within a team and have a can do attitude
- A highly developed attention to detail
- Intermediate level of Microsoft office capability, in particular excel
- An ability to focus on Customer Service excellence over the phone
- Agricultural knowledge advantageous but not essential
- Experience in Sybiz advantageous but not essential
