Key Responsibilities:
- - Coordinate asset maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate Planned Maintenance activities.
- - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to asset management and maintenance.
- - Assist in the implementation of maintenance strategies to improve asset performance.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on maintenance coordination.
- Strong administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Monday to Friday availability, with the flexibility to work one day from home.

Location:
This position is based in Berkshire Park or Parramatta, NSW, with the option to work remotely one day per week.
