Dardanup Butchering Company are seeking an organised and motivated individual to join our administration team at our main site in Bibra Lake for the role of Orders Clerk. Whilst experience in a similar role is preferred, we are inviting all applicants with a great work ethic to apply as we are willing to train the right candidate. 

Responsibilities will include - 

• Answering and screening phone calls and emails
• Entering customer orders accurately onto our systems
• Promoting our products 
• Dealing with customer complaints
• General administration duties (scanning, photocopying)

The successful applicant will possess the following essential criteria:

• Good communication skills and customer service skills
• Good computer skills 
• The ability to work well in a small team
• A strong customer focus
• A friendly phone manner
• Close attention to detail and accuracy.  
• Meat Industry experience of advantage but not a requirement 

This position is for 38 hours per week, plus occasional overtime. Proposed start and finish times are between 5am - 3pm, between Monday and Friday, with a rostered day off.
