The Role
Reporting to the Warehouse & Operations Manager your duties include:
- Digitally and manually processing Online sales, returns, incoming and outgoing stock on hand.
- Accept, receive & dispatch product to stores.
- Checking and inspecting stock received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and quality.
- Coordinate and assist in the picking, packing, dispatch of online orders and preparing deliveries for post and couriers.
- Maintain an efficient and safe warehouse and packing area.
- Working closely with Warehouse team.
- Provide feedback to Creative & Management teams at Head Office when requested
- Communicate with customers, providing them with outstanding service.
Skills and attributes
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, carry products, re-stocking, and product placement in accordance with OHS practices.
- Manual lifting of heavy boxes is occasionally required so a high level of physical fitness is essential.
- Highly motivated, committed, reliable and have the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrates the capability to manage time, take ownership of tasks and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Possesses a meticulous and effective work ethic.
- Exhibits a keen attention to detail.
- Have basic/good computer skills with the ability to learn our online store, dispatch and warehousing computer system.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Shopify experienced desired but not essential.
