The nature of these roles requires candidates to be an Australian citizen and be able to obtain a minimum of NV1 Australian security clearance.
🔷 About the role.
The requirement is for an Organisational Change Manager with training analytics experience to ensure integration and alignment of activities into project plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and conducting analysis and strategic assessment of issues, implement business engagement, design, transition and training solutions, using appropriate research techniques and methods.
- Leveraging a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Analysing training needs to develop and coordinate new training programs and training schedules for all streams of training, to deliver innovative training solutions.
🔷 What will make you a good fit for the role?
- 5 plus years of experience working in change management/training leadership and delivery particularly within large scale IT transformation projects.
- Demonstrated delivery experience in all aspects of change and training management, including project analysis, research, Organisational Change methods, developing and coordinating training requirements.
- Proven ability to provide authoritative advice and solutions on governance issues.
- Awareness of the service delivery needs of a large complex organisation and the ability to anticipate and effectively address emerging organisational issues, develop innovative solutions, and advise and collaborate with senior managers to implement change.
- Experience in designing and delivering change management and training needs solutions and apply contemporary change management principles.
- Public Sector experience would be looked upon favourably.
- Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain a minimum of NV1 Australian Security Clearance.
