Your new role
We have an opportunity for an individual to join our Prevention & Communication division as Organisational Change Manager on a full-time fixed term basis to 30 June 2025. Reporting to the Strategic Advisor, the role will be responsible for building and sustaining organisational commitment to change and leading operational teams through a transition cycle that embeds new working practices, shifts the organisational culture, and drives desired outcomes and benefits.
Duties include:
- Applying a structured enterprise change management process and use of tools to plan, manage and implement strategies to ensure IBAC's successful transition through any Organisational Changes.
- Build strong trust relationships with senior stakeholders and establish and leverage a change agent network to make IBAC more process-oriented, collaborative, focused and efficient.
- Lead the development of organisational culture through building consensus on the target culture and planning and implementing interventions to shift culture in the desired direction.

Our requirements / Your skill set
We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:
- Significant experience in Organisational Change management
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, understanding the importance of partnerships to deliver meaningful outcomes.
- A tertiary qualification or related professional accreditation will be highly regarded.
