About The Sexual Assault & Family Violence Centre
We are a leading organisation offering a comprehensive suite of services to clients and the community across the Barwon, West Melbourne and Wimmera Regions. Providing specialist sexual assault and family violence programs and services, including 24 hour crisis care support, crisis accommodation, case management, therapeutic counselling, early intervention and professional education and training, we continue to grow and develop our offerings.
About The Role
If you are passionate about all thing learning and development, then this is an exciting opportunity for you. The Organisational Development Advisor will work on key projects to ensure consistent and integrated work practice across organisation. The role will involve the development and implementation of an L&D calendar, design and development of online learning modules, coordination of the traineeship program, development of the leadership and support for wellbeing initiatives across the organisation. This role is part time or full time minimum 0.8 FTE (4 days per week).

You have strong computer skills with excellent collaboration, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills. You are a multi-tasker and problem solver with exceptional time management. You are passionate about the employee experience and are a values driven person. You thrive working autonomously and also collaboratively within a dynamic, team environment.
