About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development Partner to join the team. You’ll play a key role in operationalising Aurora Energy’s strategic direction through Organisational Development initiatives.
You’ll collaborate and work closely with leaders in developing and implementing people initiatives while supporting the development, performance, and growth practices of our leaders, along with the design and delivery of learning and facilitation sessions.
About You
You’re passionate and enthusiastic about working with leaders and bringing to life operational initiatives to support Organisational Development outcomes.
Communication is one of your highly developed skills, and you’ll be able to use this capability in communicating and influencing diverse stakeholders to build effective relationships. You’ll be a confident facilitator and able to adapt your approach based on your audience.
The key ingredients to success is a curious mindset that fosters continuous learning and development, coupled with experience in change management and Organisational Development. Lastly, qualifications and experience in training program development is required.
