We are currently seeking applications for an Organisational Development Project Coordinator (ED&I), to join People & Performance team at The Department of Treasury & Finance in a continuing role.
Remuneration: ASO5 – Salary Range ($84,522p.a – $94,003 p.a.).
About the opportunity:
People and Performance have an exciting opportunity to lead a number of initiatives in the Department of Treasury and Finance to create an environment of equity, diversity and inclusion.
As the Organisational Development Project Coordinator you will provide support and coordination in the achievement of creating an inclusive workplace where all DTF employees feel supported, valued and included.
You will play a pivotal role in providing advice relating to organisational initiatives to relevant diversity committees and stakeholders to create and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven ability to successfully identify, develop and implement initiatives targeted for diverse groups.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of diverse groups (including Aboriginal people and communities) with a proven ability to work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with a broad range of people about complex and sensitive topics and provide high quality advice.
- Experience in project managing the development and delivery of organisational initiatives including the development strategies and initiatives that facilitate outcomes specific to the business.
