Position Summary

Organisational Development Specialist

We are seeking a solutions-focused and collaborative Organisational Development professional to provide guidance to and lead the development and implementation of Organisational Development strategies and initiatives. This full-time permanent position will be based at Brightwater Central, located in Inglewood.

About the Opportunity:

As the Organisational Development Specialist you will provide guidance and lead the implementation of Organisational Development strategies, policies and programs that strengthen employee capability and leadership across culture and engagement, leadership development, learning and development programs and change management. You will implement a culture change program that aligns with Brightwater’s values and strategic direction whilst fostering a positive employee experience.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in in Behaviour Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources or Business are highly regarded.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Experience leading change initiatives and developing strategic and transformational approaches to leadership and capability optimisation to deliver high-performance outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary learning practices and creating innovative learning solutions to meet current and future learning needs with a digital focus.
  • Demonstrated understanding of organisational culture with strong skills in effective change management.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to liaise, influence, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including at executive level, building successful relationships to deliver strategic goals.
  • Self-driven with high degree of initiative and the ability to effectively manage projects across business areas to achieve deliverables. This includes the ability to plan resource requirements, monitor budgets and manage external contracts.
  • Excellent computer skills and sound knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, strong report writing skills, the ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines.

You will also require:

  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old.
  • A current Western Australian ‘C’ Class driver’s licence.
  • Evidence of recent influenza vaccinations.
