We are looking for an Organisational Development Specialist to join our dynamic People & Culture team. You will work alongside our leaders and employees to deliver targeted Organisational Development solutions that meet their needs. Some of our exciting projects for 2024 are:
Development and implementation of on-line learning programs
Leadership coaching (having accreditation or experience in DISC and/or Human Syngergistics would be highly regarded but is not essential)
Development and implementation of a talent and succession program
Ongoing culture improvement initiatives
And many more….

Working within the Organisational Development team means you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing the great culture of the City and helping it achieve its goals for the community and employees.
You will be great in this role if you have:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, Learning and Development or a related discipline.
Post Graduate Qualifications in Organisational Psychology or Human Resources or Leadership related discipline (highly regarded).
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded).
Accreditation in coaching and culture tools e.g. Human Synergistics, DISC etc (desirable)
5 years of relevant work experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Leadership, Organisational Development or Learning and Development

This Level 7 position attracts a salary range of $100,090 to $106,351 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
