You will need to be flexible, adaptable, precise and completely comfortable with multi-tasking while providing the ‘wow' factor to our patients. The ability to problem solve and work towards the best interests of the practice with self-accountability is critical. The chairside role will involve assisting both the Principal Orthodontists and Oral Health Therapists in their duties for optimal flow of the day. This includes being able to type notes electronically during consultations, completing charting in Orthotrac, sterilisation duties, lab coordination and taking the best care of our patients.
Administration Tasks and Records Management: You’ll help to keep up to date and accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes, as well as provide excellent patient care to all our patients and their families.
🦷🦷🦷 Orthodontic/Dental experience is preferred but not essential. Either way, you must have a thirst for knowledge and be a quick learner. If you feel you can make a positive contribution to our practice with your skillset and attitude we would love to hear from you - please get in touch. 🦷🦷🦷
Applicants Criteria:
- Must be able to work Mondays through to Thursday (Between 7.30am to 5.45pm)
- Must display personal qualities of a professional manner and appearance
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Must be willing to learn and accept advice.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Previous orthodontic/dental experience ideal
