We are looking for a Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.
About Princeton Dental
We are a family-owned and operated dental practice in Kenmore that has been servicing the community for over 20 years. We are growing in size and need a new Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. Our team works closely together and consider ourselves a fun but hard working team. We love to celebrate even the smallest occasions, having a bit of fun at work but still maintaining a professional environment.
Qualifications & experience
- At least 1 year dental assisting experience preferred, however training will be provided for the right candidate
- Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting is highly regarded but NOT necessary
- Communication or service experience is preferable
- Be reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, positive and well-presented
- Possess the ability to multitask, prioritise workload and have great time management skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist dentists during dental procedures with four-handed dentistry
- Carry out infection control procedures in the sterilisation room and surgery rooms.
- Perform daily tasks to assist with the day to day running of the surgery
- Assist with reception duties - answering phones, making appointments and taking payments.
