My Dental Team are looking for an Oral Health Therapist that is passionate about orthodontics to join our fast-growing team. The role is a travelling role with full time hours and no weekend work. The position is a fast paced and fulfilling role that will require you to work independently and alongside our group of experienced orthodontists. The key to succeeding in this role is to have a patient centric attitude, with exceptional communication skills.
The Role
We have a tailored training program that will give you the opportunity to gain all the skills needed to become a confident, highly skilled Orthodontic Oral Health therapist. No previous orthodontic experience is necessary.
The role will require the ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide a welcoming and friendly customer experience to our patients.
Key responsibilities
- Delivery of orthodontic services under the supervision of our orthodontists
- Patient education and oral hygiene
- Taking digital radiographs
- Patient records – digital scanning, clinical photography and impressions
- Leading team huddles to manage clinical workflow
- Travel between our Orthodontic clinics located in Tamworth, Shellharbour, Bella Vista, Hawkesbury and Penrith – travel and accommodation are paid for.
