We are seeking a candidate who is a customer service expert and can apply their smooth and savvy communication skills to the introduction of our White Invisalign Orthodontic Treatment program as well as supporting our general dental Orthodontic providers at Core Dental.
This part-time position will work directly with our orthodontic operations manager and our specialist and general dentist Invisalign providers. We are looking for someone who is a passionate individual with an interest in Orthodontics to step up and support our patients with first class support and care. This part-time opportunity is available 8am-6pm, 2 days per week (Tuesdays every week with alternating Wednesday/Thursday).
The responsibilities of the Treatment Coordinator include:
- Consulting with new patients to discuss treatment options and payment plans.
- Treatment planning and co-ordination.
- Completing Orthodontic records.
- Orthodontic Contract and treatment letter preparation.
- Liasing with patients and practitioners.
- Administrative dental monitoring.
- Assisting with general reception duties and patient care, including managing appointment books and processing HICAPS claims.
What we are looking for:
- Strong customer service and treatment coordinating experience.
- Nursing experience or baseline knowledge of infection control procedures will be highly regarded.
- A passion for making people smile.
- A high level of initiative and motivation.
- Efficiency, with the ability to effectively prioritise, multitask and plan your day accordingly.
- Experience with D4W and Orthotrac is desirable but not essential.
Remuneration is negotiable and is based on experience within the industry. This position holds the opportunity for future growth and professional development.
