About You!
We are looking for someone that can meet the following criteria:
- Possess or be Working Towards an ECEC recognised 2-year qualification in an area working with children
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR qualifications or ability to obtain
- Experience in the OSHC or Early Learning and Care sector and in assisting the Nominated Supervisor with day-to-day operations of a service including stepping up to Higher Duties to cover their role in their absence
- Experience in operating CCMS software is desirable
- Be passionate about creating positive, professional, and genuine relationships with team members, children, and their families
- Ability to demonstrate that you are warm, compassionate, and gentle and have strong time management, organisational, written, and verbal skills
- Experience with maintaining a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) ensuring it is a collaborative, live working document
- Ability to display high levels of initiative and motivation whilst being professional, proactive and flexible
- Spending time mentoring and leading the team to showcase the high quality practices and active supervision
- Have a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
